Poonam Kundra, born and raised in India, was exposed to the significance of meditation, Ayurveda, mantras, as well as the energetic aspects of life from an early age, which helped foster her appreciation for these spiritual practices. During her time in China from 2016 to 2018, she began exploring her spiritual journey, initially unaware of how it would gradually transform her. As a client, she experienced the benefits of Reiki, which sparked her curiosity to learn the practice herself. Simultaneously, she rediscovered her interest in yoga, embracing both Reiki and yoga for the positive impacts they had on her life. These experiences marked the humble beginnings of her own spiritual journey.​

Poonam is now a certified Reiki Master from ShivEnergetics Reiki Academy in Granada, Spain, which is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). In addition to her Reiki certification, she has pursued extensive training in related fields, including Developing Psychic Awareness, Pendulum Diagnosis, Crystal Healing, Psychometry, and Energetic Map Shifting under her teacher at ShivEnergetics. She has also completed a 200-hour RYT comprehensive course in Yoga from Prana Yoga Academy in India, covering asanas, pranayama, physical anatomy, and philosophy. Poonam remains committed to expanding her expertise through advanced training in Reiki, Yoga, Ayurveda and related courses and workshops around the world.

Besides her spiritual pursuits, Poonam holds a degree in Fashion Design & Technology and has over 16 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry, having worked with renowned brands in design, development, and leadership roles. Her passion for art, poetry, and design began in childhood. For her, creativity is an expression of our innermost selves and calling. Poonam firmly believes in the deep interconnectedness between one's healing journey and their ability to express themselves freely through creative pursuits.
